Will sessions be recorded for on-demand viewing?
No. ExpertsLive Emirates is designed as an in-person experience to maximize engagement, live interaction, and community building. We encourage all attendees to participate physically to take full advantage of the event’s value.
In what language will sessions be delivered?
Most sessions will be presented in English. Sessions led by regional speakers may be in Arabic, and the session list (published prior to the event) will specify the language for each talk.

How much does a ticket cost?
Early Bird tickets (limited to the first 200 registrations starting June 1st) are priced at AED 250. Once sold out, Regular tickets will be available for AED 399.
What does my ticket include?
Your ticket grants access to a full day of content-rich sessions (technical levels 200 to 400), featuring leading speakers from the Microsoft MVP and MCT communities. You’ll have direct access to presenters between sessions for in-depth discussions. The ticket also covers coffee, tea, lunch, snacks, soft drinks, and a networking reception—with exciting giveaways and prizes.

Where is the venue and map location?
Experts Live UAE takes place at Dubai Knowledge Park (DKP), Block 1 — Conference Centre, located in the Al Sufouh area, near Dubai Media City and Internet City. Use the Google Maps pin for “Dubai Knowledge Park – Block 1 / Conference Centre” (also recognized as “Dubai Knowledge Village Conference Centre 1” in most map apps). The same location is also available on Waze.

Dubai Knowledge Park is well connected via the Dubai Metro and public buses:
Option 1: Take the Red Line Metro to Dubai Internet City Station, then transfer to a bus heading toward Dubai Knowledge Park.
Option 2: Take the Red Line Metro to Sobha Realty Station, then switch to the tram toward Knowledge Village / Conference Centre.
Option 3 – Taxi / Ride Share: From your hotel or current location, book a taxi or ride-hailing service and request “Dubai Knowledge Park Conference Centre, Al Sufouh 2” for a convenient door-to-door option.

Where can I park or how can I get to the venue conveniently?
Multiple RTA parking options are available, the car park located outside the conference center opposite the venue. Visitors can also look for nearby RTA parking spots using maps. To avoid parking constraints, it is suggested to consider ride-hailing or taxi services as convenient alternatives.
What are the parking hours and fees?

Where can I stay overnight?
To avoid early morning traffic and arrive on time for the action-packed day, consider staying nearby. Recommended hotels include Holiday Inn Express – Dubai Internet City and Avani+ Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites. We recommend booking early, as November is a busy season in Dubai.
Is there a prayer room available?
Yes, dedicated male and female prayer rooms are available inside the Dubai Knowledge Park Conference Centre (Block 6). Ask venue staff for assistance or follow the event signage for directions.
Is there Wi-Fi at the venue?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available throughout the venue. Login details will be provided at registration.
What’s included in the Swag Bag?
Each attendee will receive an event T-shirt voucher (redeemable at the on-site T-shirt printing booth), an event lanyard, and a badge. You’ll also find sponsor goodies, stickers, and a raffle draw area on-site.
A raffle draw will take place during the closing session, featuring exciting gifts from event sponsors. Participate in fun challenges and activities throughout the day to earn extra raffle entries.
