Will sessions be recorded for on-demand viewing?
No. ExpertsLive Emirates is designed as an in-person experience to maximize engagement, live interaction, and community building. We encourage all attendees to participate physically to take full advantage of the event’s value.
In what language will sessions be delivered?
Most sessions will be presented in English. Sessions led by regional speakers may be in Arabic, and the session list (published prior to the event) will specify the language for each talk.

How much does a ticket cost?
Early Bird tickets (limited to the first 200 registrations starting June 1st) are priced at AED 250. Once sold out, Regular tickets will be available for AED 399.
What does my ticket include?
Your ticket grants access to a full day of content-rich sessions (technical levels 200 to 400), featuring leading speakers from the Microsoft MVP and MCT communities. You’ll have direct access to presenters between sessions for in-depth discussions. The ticket also covers coffee, tea, lunch, snacks, soft drinks, and a networking reception—with exciting giveaways and prizes.

Where exactly is Experts Live Emirates 2026 being held?
Experts Live Emirates 2026 will take place at Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park (SPARK), located in University City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. SPARK is a major innovation and technology campus next to Sharjah University City.
Is the 2026 venue in Dubai or Sharjah?
The physical event venue is in Sharjah. Please use Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park (SPARK), University City, Sharjah when planning your journey or searching for the venue in a navigation application.
What should I search for in Google Maps, Waze, Careem or Uber?
Search for “Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park” or “SPARK Sharjah”. Before starting your journey, confirm that the destination shown is in University City, Sharjah.
What is the best way to reach the venue?
The most convenient options are by private car, taxi, Careem or Uber. SPARK is located in University City, Sharjah, with road access from the Sharjah Airport Road and University City Road area.
Can I reach the venue directly by Dubai Metro or Dubai Tram?
No. SPARK does not have a Dubai Metro or Dubai Tram station at the venue. Public transport is still possible using a combination of intercity bus, Dubai Metro, cross-border bus and a final local connection in Sharjah.
Can I reach SPARK by public transport from Abu Dhabi?
Yes, but the journey requires several connections. From Abu Dhabi Central Bus Station, take RTA bus E101 to Ibn Battuta Bus Station. From Ibn Battuta, take the Dubai Metro Red Line and transfer to the Green Line at Union or BurJuman, travelling toward e& Metro Station (formerly Etisalat). From the adjacent e& Bus Station, take RTA bus E315 to Al Muwailah Bus Station in Sharjah. For the final connection to SPARK in University City, use Sharjah Bus on Demand, a local Sharjah bus where suitable, or a taxi. Sharjah’s Bus on Demand service currently covers University City and Muwaileh Commercial. Check the RTA S’hail and Sharjah RTA apps before travelling for the latest operating times, fares and service changes.
What is the recommended public transport route from Dubai?
A practical route is to travel on the Dubai Metro Green Line to e& Metro Station (formerly Etisalat), then take RTA bus E315 from the adjacent e& Bus Station to Al Muwailah Bus Station in Sharjah. From Al Muwailah, complete the short final journey to SPARK using Sharjah Bus on Demand, a suitable local bus connection, or a taxi.
Transportation & Parking
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes. Free parking is available around the SPARK venue, and complimentary parking is commonly provided for events held at the campus. On the event days, follow the Experts Live Emirates signs and volunteer guidance to the designated attendee parking areas.
Can a taxi or ride-hailing service drop me directly at the venue?
Yes. Set the destination to Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park (SPARK), University City, Sharjah. Event signage and volunteers will guide attendees from the arrival and drop-off area to registration.
Should I allow extra travel time when coming from Dubai or Abu Dhabi?

Will there be an event map or floor plan?
Yes. A simplified event floor map will be shared before the event and displayed on-site. The SPARK ground-floor conference layout includes Areas A, B and C, an auditorium, seminar halls, exhibition halls, atrium spaces, lift lobbies and attendee facilities.
Stay & Amenities
Where can I stay overnight?
For the shortest morning journey, attendees travelling from outside Sharjah should consider accommodation in Sharjah, particularly areas with easy road access to University City. Staying in Dubai is also possible, but attendees should allow additional travel time during peak traffic.
Which airports can international attendees use?
International attendees can use Sharjah International Airport or Dubai International Airport, depending on flight availability and travel plans. SPARK is located in University City, Sharjah, near the Sharjah Airport Road corridor.
Is there a prayer room available?
Yes. The venue has dedicated male and female prayer rooms on the ground floor. Event signage and volunteers will help attendees locate the prayer rooms during the conference.
Are male and female restrooms available near the event areas?
Yes. Multiple male and female restroom facilities are available across the ground-floor event areas.
What should I do if I require accessibility assistance?
If you require accessibility support or specific assistance during the event, please contact the Experts Live Emirates team in advance at [email protected]. The team will coordinate the required arrangements with the venue.
How will I find the auditorium, session rooms and Partner Zone?
The agenda will identify the room for each session, and clear event signage will be placed throughout the venue. Volunteers will also be available to direct attendees between the auditorium, breakout rooms, Partner Zone and networking areas.
Registration and Event Day
Do I need to print my registration confirmation?
No. Keep your registration confirmation and QR code available on your mobile device when you arrive. This will help the registration team check you in quickly.
Where do I collect my attendee badge?
Attendee badges will be issued at the Experts Live Emirates registration area when you arrive. Please keep your badge visible while you are inside the conference venue.
Can I move between different technical tracks during the event?
Yes. Attendees can build their own agenda and move between tracks based on the sessions they want to attend. Entry to individual rooms remains subject to available seating and any session-specific capacity restrictions.
In what language will the sessions be delivered?
Most sessions will be delivered in English. Selected sessions or regional discussions may be delivered in Arabic. Where applicable, the published agenda will identify the session language.
Will the sessions be recorded for on-demand viewing?
Experts Live Emirates is designed primarily as an in-person conference focused on live technical discussion, interaction and networking. Unless a specific session is announced as recorded, attendees should not assume that sessions will be available on demand after the event.
What happens if a session room reaches capacity?
Room access is subject to available seating. If a session reaches capacity, attendees can select another session from the agenda and return to later sessions in that track.
