Experts Live Emirates – Ticket Terms and Conditions
ARTICLE 1 – AGREEMENT
1.1 These Ticket Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) are entered into by Experts Live Emirates, organized by Cloud Mechanics, and the attendee (“Visitor”), whose name is recorded on the ticket booking form (“Booking Form”).
1.2 All ticket sales are subject to availability, the conditions stated on the Booking Form, and these Terms and Conditions (collectively referred to as the “Agreement”).
1.3 Visitors must read and understand these Terms and Conditions before purchasing a ticket. By completing a ticket purchase, the Visitor agrees to be bound by them.
1.4 The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the rules set forth by Experts Live and the terms of admission as set by the owner of the facilities or locations (“Venue”) where the Event is being held.
1.5 Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Booking Form. References to “paragraphs” or “sections” refer to those in this document unless otherwise stated.
ARTICLE 2 – PRICES & PAYMENT
2.1 Ticket prices are as stated on the Booking Form and include any applicable taxes. Tickets will only be confirmed once full payment has been received.
2.2 Experts Live Emirates reserves the right to charge a fee for lost or replacement tickets.
ARTICLE 3 – TERM
3.1 This Agreement comes into effect upon ticket purchase and remains valid until the conclusion of the Event. Tickets may be transferred upon written request and approval from Experts Live Emirates.
ARTICLE 4 – COMPLIANCE & ADMISSION
4.1 By attending the Event, Visitors agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, the Venue’s rules, and the Experts Live Emirates Code of Conduct available at: https://expertslive.ae/code-of-conduct. Disorderly, offensive, or inappropriate behavior may result in denial of entry or removal from the Event.
4.2 A valid ticket must be presented to gain entry. Altered or defaced tickets may be rendered void. Visitors are responsible for ensuring ticket accuracy and must contact Experts Live Emirates immediately in case of any discrepancies.
4.3 Entry to the Venue may require security screening at the discretion of the organizers or the Venue.
4.4 Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless explicitly authorized by the Venue.
ARTICLE 5 – CHANGES TO EVENT
5.1 While every effort will be made to deliver the Event as advertised, Experts Live Emirates reserves the right to modify the Event’s program, speaker lineup, or schedule without prior notice.
ARTICLE 6 – PERSONAL DATA & PRIVACY
6.1 Experts Live Emirates collects and processes personal data (e.g., name, email, payment details) as necessary to manage ticketing and Event logistics, in line with its Privacy Policy: https://expertslive.ae/privacy-policy.
6.2 Visitors will be issued a personal badge containing a QR code linked to their registration details. Scanning this badge by sponsors will share the Visitor’s contact information voluntarily. Badge security and destruction post-event are the Visitor’s responsibility.
ARTICLE 7 – EVENT EXPOSURE
7.1 Audio or video recordings by Visitors are not permitted. Personal (non-professional) photography is allowed for private or social media use. Visitors consent to being photographed or recorded during the Event, and such content may be used for promotional purposes by Experts Live Emirates.
ARTICLE 8 – REFUND POLICY & CANCELLATION
8.1 Tickets are non-refundable except in cases of Event cancellation or postponement. No refunds will be given to Visitors removed under Article 4.1.
8.2 In the event of cancellation or postponement by Experts Live Emirates or the Venue, Visitors may request a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser via the original payment method when possible.
ARTICLE 9 – FORCE MAJEURE
9.1 “Force Majeure” refers to any circumstance beyond a party’s control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, health crises) that makes performance of obligations impossible or unreasonable.
9.2 Experts Live Emirates shall not be liable for any delays or failure to perform due to force majeure.
ARTICLE 10 – NO PARTNERSHIP OR AGENCY
10.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create any form of partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between Experts Live Emirates and the Visitor.
ARTICLE 11 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
11.1 All intellectual property (trademarks, logos, artwork, etc.) associated with the Event remains the sole property of Experts Live Emirates and/or its licensors.
11.2 Visitors may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Event-related intellectual property without prior written consent.
ARTICLE 12 – LIABILITY
12.1 Visitors are solely responsible for their travel, accommodation, and hospitality arrangements. Liability for Event cancellation is limited to ticket refund under Article 8.
12.2 Experts Live Emirates and the Venue are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property, unless caused by negligence or breach of statutory duty.
12.3 Venue safety is maintained per UAE legal standards. Experts Live Emirates and the Venue are not liable for injuries unless due to negligence or statutory violation.
12.4 Visitors are liable for any damage or loss caused by them at the Event.
ARTICLE 13 – GOVERNING LAW
13.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
13.2 Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
ARTICLE 14 – MISCELLANEOUS
14.1 This Agreement is personal to the Visitor and may not be assigned or transferred without prior written consent from Experts Live Emirates.
14.2 This document represents the full agreement between parties and supersedes any prior agreements or communications.
14.3 Any amendments must be in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
14.4 If any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
14.5 Except as expressly provided, no warranties or guarantees are made regarding the Event. This clause survives termination of the Agreement.
14.6 No failure or delay by either party in exercising rights shall constitute a waiver.
