What type of event is Experts Live Netherlands?
Experts Live Netherlands is the knowledge & community event around Microsoft technology. It includes a versatile program with sixteen parallel tracks, more than 100 break-out sessions, a keynote, closing note and more. Everything about Microsoft! Read more here.

What does my ticket consist of?
Many technical content sessions (100+) ranging from level 200 to 400. The conference is set up in such a way that you can approach the speakers directly between sessions to ask questions. In one day you can completely refresh yourself around the various themes such as Azure, Security, AI, M365, Co-Pilot and much more. The ticket price includes coffee, tea, soft drinks, lunch, snacks, parking and a networking drink. During the various breaks you can connect with all your peers and during the drinks you have a chance to win great prizes!

How much does a ticket cost? In the Early Bird (from January 31st) there are 200 tickets available for € 139,-. After that, regular ticket sales will start and a ticket will cost € 159,-.

Is my ticket transferable?
Yes, if you are unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket and put it in someone else’s name. You can change the name of the ticket holder yourself up to two days before the event.

I have a disability, is this event accessible for me?
Absolutely! Do you have an allergy, (medical) dietary requirements or accessibility requirements? Please let us know during the registration process. If necessary, we will contact you.

Who is Experts Live Netherlands interesting for?
Experts Live Netherlands is a technical conference and interesting for everyone with a passion for Microsoft technology. Administrators, engineers, architects, technical project managers, CTOs, IT managers and many other technically oriented functions that deal with Microsoft technology in their day-to-day job. Are you less technically oriented? It can also be interesting for you. During the sessions you will gain extensive insight into the functionalities of Microsoft products and this may give you new insights. You can get in touch with our partners and experts from the community.

What makes Experts Live Netherlands a community conference?
The community is us. That’s you. Experts Live Netherlands is driven by people from the Microsoft community and has no commercial interest. The content is provided by national and international community experts and the program is compiled by a program panel. All members of the program panel are also very involved within the Microsoft community. During Experts Live Netherlands you will not find any commercial content. Everything revolves around technical deep dives around (new) Microsoft technology. Most sessions are level 300-400.

Are the sessions recorded so that I can watch them later?
Unfortunately the answer is ‘no’. Apart from the fact that it is too expensive for us as a community conference to record sessions, we would like everyone to participate in-person. And not virtually. Experts Live Netherlands is about gaining knowledge, sharing and making valuable connections. This happens offline. Do you have a question? Feel free to ask one of the speakers or experts walking around on June 3. They will be happy to help you (one step) further.

In which language are the sessions?
Our international speakers will give their session in English. Speakers who come from the Netherlands will give sessions in Dutch. You can find this in the list of all sessions that will be given on June 3 (soon online).

What can I expect at the partner area?
Here you will find all our community partners who help us organize this conference. Thanks to our partners, we can keep the ticket price manageable for everyone’s wallet. We are therefore very proud that all these organizations want to connect and contribute to the community. Drop by to ask them what service or product they offer. Perhaps they can help you with an issue that is playing within your organization.

Is there also room for fun?
Yes, certainly! In our Partner area there are various sponsors who have something nice in store for you.
